Position: Technician Assignment Group (TAG) Agent

As a TAG Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between clients and technicians. This role is ideal for individuals with strong English communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receive and process technician assignment requests from clients
2. Assign and schedule technicians according to availability and customer needs
3. Update the internal system with accurate and timely data
4. Communicate clearly with both clients and technicians to ensure quick issue resolution
5. Monitor service requests to guarantee SLA compliance and customer satisfaction

Requirements

1. English proficiency (B2–C1 level)
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills
3. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
4. Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
5. No prior experience required – full training provided
