Requirements

1. Fluent English/German
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Good decision making and attention to detail
4. Full time

Responsibilities

1. Using sales & networking to attract candidates for our jobs in Europe
2. Headhunting - identifying and approaching candidates already in work
3. Using candidate databases to match candidates to the client's roles
4. Briefing candidates regarding; clients, role responsibilities, salary and benefits

Benefits

1. working 5 days per week – Monday to Friday
2. 20 days holidays per year + public holidays
3. Bonus potential depending on performance $5000 - $10000
