Social Media & Content Manager

We are looking for a creative, articulate, and authentic communicator to join ITALPACK ALBANIA as our Social Media & Content Manager. This role is central to how we present ourselves across platforms and to the world. You will manage and grow the online presence of multiple brands within our ecosystem—including ITALPACK ALBANIA & BISHA & CO

This is a role that blends content creation, storytelling, and strategy. You'll help shape the narrative of Albania's leading exhibitions, cultural initiatives, and business platforms—while working closely with our design team and core leadership.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the social media accounts for ITALPACK ALBANIA & BISHA & CO.

• Plan and execute content calendars that align with project timelines, events, and campaigns.

• Write engaging, platform-specific content in fluent Albanian and English, adapting tone and message per brand.

• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer & Video Editor to develop visually aligned posts, reels, stories, and announcements.

• Monitor engagement, track analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Support the team in developing digital marketing strategies for campaigns, product launches, and events.

Who You Are

• A natural storyteller with excellent writing skills in both Albanian and English.

• Deeply familiar with content trends, audience behavior, and tone across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple brand identities with consistency.

• Not just a content poster—you bring authentic voice, empathy, and strategic thinking to every post.

• Experience with social media scheduling tools, basic analytics, and content planning.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop
