We are looking for highly skilled, data-driven individuals eager to dive into the dynamic world of corporate finance and investments.
As an analyst, you'll play a crucial role in identifying investment opportunities, conducting market research, supporting deals, and executing company valuation analysis. This is your chance to work with clients across various sectors, particularly with Western European and UK companies, gaining valuable experience and laying the foundation for a successful international career in investment banking and Venture Capital or Private Equity.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market and industry research to support investment decisions.
- Analyze investment opportunities and create detailed, insightful reports.
- Assist in buy-side and sell-side transactions, managing documentation, and supporting project coordination.
- Perform competitor analysis and market mapping.
- Develop and implement financial models and conduct company valuations (CCA, CTA, and DCF).
Requirements:
- Between 1-4 years of working experience in a relevant field
- Relevant fields include corporate finance, investments, banking & insurances, and accounting
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Very good communication and writing skills in English
- Attention to detail and very good self-organization
- Be a “problem-solver” not a “problem-maker”
